RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Policy
At The Bee Studio, we are committed to offering you the finest designer pieces, selected with care and attention. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions.

1.2. “Normal circumstances” refer to when the product matches its description, is free of any defects, and passes our internal quality checks. In such cases, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.


2. Exchange Policy

  • 2.1. Exchanges are not accepted for orders placed via our website, WhatsApp, or Instagram unless a wrong or defective product is received.
  • 2.2. If the article sent is incorrect or damaged, it will either be replaced or rectified.
  • 2.3. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit to your Bee Studio Wallet, valid for 3 months and redeemable online or in-store.
  • 2.4. All original tags and packaging must be intact for an exchange to be processed. Missing these will void the request.
  • 2.5. Made-to-Order items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • 2.6. Items bought on sale or promotion will not be exchanged unless damaged.
  • 2.7. To initiate an eligible exchange, email us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and issue details, including images and videos.
  • 2.8. As we source products from designers, dispatch timelines may vary. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
  • 2.9. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

3. Defective Product Policy

  • 3.1. Each product is inspected for quality assurance before dispatch.
  • 3.2. In case of a defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at thebeestudio.in@gmail.com, including:
    • Order number
    • Description of the defect
    • Photos/videos
  • 3.3. After approval, pack the item securely and ship it to our return address. Return shipping is customer’s responsibility.
  • 3.4. Upon receipt, we’ll assess the issue and recommend a suitable resolution.
  • 3.5. If eligible, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or (in exceptional cases) a refund.
  • 3.6. Final decisions on refunds and exchanges rest with The Bee Studio.
